The type of person we’re looking for; you’ll thrive in this role if you are: Positive in your approach Comfortable to go with the flow and shift priorities Always happy to jump into any project, big or small Known for your strong attention to detail Able to work at pace and manage multiple projects at once A confident multi-tasker who enjoys a fast-moving environment About you Qualification in Graphic Design, Product Design, Fashion Design or similar 1–3 years’ experience in a design-related role (retail, fashion, merchandise or product development preferred) Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Understanding of production file setup and product development processes Organised, proactive and commercially minded About the role Working closely with the Merchandise Designer and Merchandise Manager, you’ll support the development of retail products, uniforms and visual merchandising across our experiential tourism brands. You’ll assist with: Designing merchandise across categories such as giftware, drinkware, apparel, metal goods, leather goods and luggage Developing concepts and preparing production-ready artwork and tech packs in Adobe Illustrator Refining designs through sampling and feedback Supporting uniform design and photoshoot preparation Assisting in creating and maintaining visual merchandising guidelines Coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders Keeping files organised with strong version control and attention to detail What makes this position great!
